Brandy at the Billboard Awards. This look is a bit confusing. Brandy, Herve' Le'ger, has  a sculpted form-fitting look. However this is not what Herve' Le'ger is giving off this evening. Brandy definitely has the right figure, however this fit is not giving off the sexy look, Herve' Le'ger is known for. This dress is adding weight on Brandy and disfiguring her. It's not slimming at all. And the hair........ this may have been an attempt to pay hommage to Ms. Donna Summer, if so it was unsuccessful. Brandy has a unique look.
